🎯 About the Role
This hands-on internship is designed for technically curious individuals to work on an AI-powered omnichannel communication platform. You will collaborate with the engineering team on features for intelligent agents across various communication channels, gaining experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and backend systems. The role offers a chance to experiment with emerging AI models and contribute to production-oriented systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🤖 Develop and improve AI-powered voice and conversational agents using LLMs and RAG.
- 🗣️ Integrate voice technologies like STT, TTS, and telephony APIs.
- 💬 Work with communication channels such as WhatsApp, web chat, and voice.
- 🌐 Develop and consume REST and real-time APIs, working with backend services and databases.
- 🔧 Debug, test, and optimize AI conversations and workflows.
- 💡 Experiment with emerging AI models and contribute to real customer use cases.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, ML, or related field.
- 📚 Good understanding of programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, or Go).
- 🔌 Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and Git.
- 🤔 Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- ✨ Interest in AI, LLMs, conversational systems, and emerging technologies.
- 🤝 Ability to learn independently and collaborate effectively.
