This part-time, remote internship offers a 3-month immersion into the world of Human Resources. You will gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations, working closely with a supportive team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Screen and shortlist candidate applications.
• 🗓️ Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• 🤝 Coordinate interview timings with candidates and the HR team.
• 🎤 Conduct the first round of HR interviews.
• 🗂️ Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in Excel.
• 📞 Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication.
• 💡 Support the recruitment team with day-to-day HR activities.
