🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity for students pursuing studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement to gain practical experience within a global corporate environment. You will support the category management team in data-driven decision-making, vendor lifecycle management, and procurement strategy execution.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Assist in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting supply chain data for performance reports.
• 📝 Support the procurement team in preparing and organizing Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• 👤 Manage the vendor creation process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• 💰 Assist in the logistics transport quoting process by liaising between stakeholders and carriers.
• ✅ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by maintaining documentation and identifying efficiencies.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, Business Administration/Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 💻 Strong capabilities in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
• 🎯 Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ⭐ Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
