✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

• 🧠 Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• 🗣️ Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite.

💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (during probation)
