Communication Design Intern

Execute day-to-day design requirements across various platforms, bringing Virohan's brand and communication to life.

🎯 About the Role

This is an execution-heavy role where you will turn briefs, content, and requirements into polished, on-brand communication assets. You'll work on designs for reports, presentations, social media, and more.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎨 Execute day-to-day design requirements across digital, print, web, presentations, campaigns, and other brand touchpoints.
• 📄 Design and adapt brochures, reports, social media creatives, website assets, internal communications, and other marketing collaterals.
• ✨ Work within Virohan’s brand identity and maintain consistency.
• ✍️ Apply strong fundamentals of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, imagery, and visual storytelling.
• 🔄 Resize, repurpose, and adapt designs across formats and platforms.
• 💬 Incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully, manage revisions, and take designs through to final delivery.
• 📁 Maintain organised working files, templates, design assets, and source files.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate from Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 🎨 Strong foundation in visual communication, including typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, colour, and imagery.
• 🧐 Strong eye for detail and particular about alignment, spacing, typography, consistency, and overall finish.
• 💻 Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Figma or equivalent design tools like Canva.
• 🤔 Able to think through a communication problem and develop multiple creative approaches.
• portfolio that demonstrates thinking, concept development, and problem-solving.
• 💡 Curious about AI and emerging design tools, and open to experimenting with new ways of working.
