This internship offers exposure to the rapidly evolving energy industry, including renewable generation, capacity markets, and emerging market challenges. You will work alongside industry professionals managing electric generation resources and supporting market activities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Analyze power market data from MISO, PJM, and other industry sources.
• 💡 Support capacity planning and resource adequacy assessments.
• 📈 Monitor generation fleet performance and operational metrics.
• 📰 Assist with energy market, transmission, and fuel market analysis.
• 📄 Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• 🔍 Conduct research on regulatory, policy, and market developments.
• 🌱 Support renewable energy and battery storage evaluations.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Energy Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 🧑‍🎓 Rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student as of Summer 2027.
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
