This role supports the organization's financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. You will work with financial data to understand trends, identify variances, and provide insights that aid in effective business planning and performance analysis.

• 📊 Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
• 📈 Analyze actual financial results against budgets and historical data.
• 💡 Identify and explain significant financial variances.
• 📄 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning reports.
• 🧮 Develop and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting.
• 💰 Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and profitability.
• 🤝 Support management with financial insights for business planning.
• 🎯 Track financial KPIs and monitor business performance.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• ✅ Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• ✅ Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• ✅ Good numerical and analytical skills.
• ✅ Ability to interpret financial statements and business reports.
• ✅ Knowledge of financial modelling is an advantage.
• ✅ Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
