🎯 About the Role
This internship provides exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on improving processes, analyzing data, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. You will support the engineering team in various critical areas.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📝 Create or update work instructions, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
- 📊 Gather production data and perform basic statistical analysis.
- 💡 Participate in Kaizen events or Lean initiatives.
- 🖼️ Assist in documenting assembly procedures and quality checks.
- ✅ Support quality audits and inspection processes.
- 📊 Prepare daily/weekly reports on production metrics.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 🌱 Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
- 💻 Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 🤝 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
