This position involves conducting technical screenings, analyzing recruitment data, and providing feedback to improve hiring processes. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent for our clients.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Conduct online technical screenings for candidates in Java, Python, .NET, React, Angular, etc.
- 📝 Watch screening videos and extract relevant information.
- 📊 Take client feedback and refine job descriptions and questionnaires.
- 📈 Conduct various analyses across operations, including screenings, client interviews, and CVs received.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Technical background (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA) or openness to learning technical jargon quickly.
- 🗣️ Excellent command of English (speaking and writing).
- 📞 Must be comfortable being on calls and in meetings intensively.
- 🚀 Ability to improve quickly based on feedback.
- 💻 Laptop provided by the candidate.
💰 Stipend: 15,000 INR/month fixed + 3,000 INR/month performance incentive
