🎯 About the Role
This onsite internship involves managing digital assets, ensuring they are properly stored, backed up, and accessible. You will maintain storage trackers, asset inventories, and coordinate with production teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📂 Organize and maintain production footage, project files, and digital assets.
- 💽 Manage and track data across SSDs, hard drives, and cloud storage.
- 📑 Maintain storage trackers and asset inventories.
- 📁 Ensure proper folder structures, file naming, and backups.
- 🤝 Coordinate with editors and production teams to collect and organize assets.
- 🔎 Retrieve files and assets when required.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🧐 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 💾 Understanding of file management, storage devices, and backup processes.
- 🗄️ Ability to manage large volumes of digital files and maintain accurate trackers.
