Software QA Engineer

This position requires strong analytical skills and technical expertise to develop and execute comprehensive test plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, continuously improving QA methodologies.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• 🧪 Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify testable scenarios.
• 📝 Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• 🔄 Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect existing functionalities.
• 📈 Continuously improve test processes and contribute to the enhancement of QA methodologies and tools.
• mentor Mentor and train junior colleagues.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• experience Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• lifecycle Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• tracker Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Azure Devops, Jira, GitHub Pull Requests).
• automation Experience with automated testing tools, in particular, Playwright.
• script Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• security Experience with performance and security testing.
• problem Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• detail Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• team Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• standards Familiarity with OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) standards and practices.
