As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding Eventsliner's presence in your assigned campus or city. This role goes beyond traditional ambassadorship, involving market research, user acquisition, event acquisition, partnerships, community building, and growth experiments. You will work closely with the founding team, gaining firsthand experience in startup market expansion.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📊 Conduct market research and analyze competitor landscape.
🤝 Acquire quality events and build relationships with organizers.
📈 Experiment with various strategies for user growth and acquisition.
🌐 Forge partnerships with college societies, organizations, and local communities.
🧪 Design and execute small-scale growth experiments.
📈 Prepare weekly reports on key metrics and insights.

✅ Requirements & Skills

🎓 Currently pursuing a college degree or recently graduated.
🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
📍 Good understanding of your local/campus environment.

📱 Basic understanding of digital communities (Instagram, WhatsApp).
