About Jarurat Care Foundation
Every year in India, thousands of families receive a gastrointestinal cancer diagnosis and are left to figure out what comes next on their own. No one to call. No clear path forward. No one who truly gets it. Jarurat Care Foundation exists to change that. We are an 80G approved non-profit and India's first GI oncology focused patient advocacy organization. From the moment a family hears the diagnosis to every difficult step that follows, we show up. What we offer: Treatment Navigation and Caregiver Support Structured patient navigation, specialist referral guidance, and treatment pathway support. Emotional, nutritional, and psychosocial support. WhatsApp based caregiver and survivor community. AI enabled assistance through HOPE AI, available 24/7. Preventive Awareness and Oncology Education Early detection and GI cancer awareness reaching thousands every year. Multilingual content across Indian languages. Multidisciplinary webinars and the HORIZON international oncology forum. Collaborative Research and Patient Advocacy IRB approved GI oncology research in collaboration with Tata Memorial, IIT Delhi, MD Anderson, NCI, and PGIMER. Patient centred advocacy and institutional partnerships across 18 leading cancer centres. Our impact: 1,200 patients and caregivers helped 60 oncologists onboard 115 volunteers active 15 community events hosted 3,000 strong community and growing We believe early detection saves lives.
