About ManMed Dynamics.
Manmed Dynamics LLP is a translational R&D company building surgical robotics and clinical AI with hospital partners. We operate between Germany (university labs) and India (clinical sites), and develop, test, and iterate inside hospitals with ethics approvals and surgeon-in-the-loop validation. Flagship (India’s first): Humanoid Surgical Assistant A clinically grounded assistant for OR workflows. Focus areas: reliable manipulation, surgeon-supervised control, ROS 2-based stack, safety interlocks, and simulation-to-OR validation. Initial deployment and evaluation are planned with Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS). https://manmed.in/research Selected active lines (high impact): • OncoVision — real-time residual cancer detection using fluorescence imaging for faster intra-operative decisions. • MediTrack — lightweight hospital data platform for OPD slips, prescriptions, and analytics with FHIR/DICOM interoperability; designed to run on existing hospital networks. • Dose-Cal — pediatric dosage calculator, role-based access, offline-first sync, and audit logs for clinical use. • WoundScope — 3D wound mapping with LiDAR/ToF for objective depth/area measurements and longitudinal follow-up. • Education & Projects — short, clinic-aligned modules in robotics/AI (ROS 2, control, perception) that lead to publication-grade student builds and hospital-ready prototypes. How we deliver • Work directly with surgical teams and hospital IT; each build includes hazard analysis, test protocols, and traceable data pipelines. • Interoperability and deployment practicality are non-negotiable: ROS 2, containerized services, and standards-first data (HL7/FHIR/DICOM). • Validation emphasizes measurable reductions in time-to-decision and variance in outcomes, not only model metrics. Clinical partner: Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS), India. Focus domains: surgical robotics, intra-operative imaging, radiology NLP, hospital digitization, and clinician tools.
