This internship focuses on end-to-end recruitment for internships and trainee programs. You will be involved in various stages of the hiring process, from job posting to candidate experience management.

- 🍳 End-to-end recruitment for internships and trainee programs.
- 📄 Job posting, sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- ✉️ Screening resumes and scheduling candidates.
- 📊 Keeping candidate data up-to-date.
- 🤝 Supporting hiring managers and ensuring a great candidate experience.
- 📈 Preparing recruitment-related reports.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Post Graduate majoring in Human Resources Management.
- 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 🔒 Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- 🗂️ Good organizational and planning skills.
- 🗓️ Ability to commit for 6 months (5 days a week).
💰 Stipend: 12k /month
