🎯 About the Role

This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to interview coordination and candidate pipeline management. Beyond recruitment, you'll support daily HR operations, including documentation, onboarding, travel coordination, and team engagement activities.

• 📝 Write and publish job descriptions.
• 🔍 Source and filter candidate profiles.
• 🗓️ Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• 📋 Maintain and update HR documentation and records.

• 🎓 Fresh graduate (HR, Business, Psychology preferred).
