Lead the global operations and project execution organization for ABB’s Global Systems Integration business, serving diverse industries worldwide.
🎯 About the Role
You will be responsible for the engineering, project management, and operational performance of complex analyzer systems across global sites. This role owns the Project Operations P&L and drives global strategy for project execution.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💰 Own the global Project Operations P&L and drive global strategy.
- ✅ Ensure safe, on-time, on-cost, and high-quality project execution globally.
- 📈 Establish and lead global project governance, including portfolio and risk reviews.
- 🤝 Drive strong commercial execution discipline and contract compliance.
- 🏢 Plan and drive global capacity, footprint, resource allocation, and utilization.
- ⭐ Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 💼 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global project operations.
- 📈 Proven experience managing large project execution organizations with P&L responsibility.
- 🏭 Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, LNG, Energy, and/or Water markets.
- 🧑🤝🧑 Demonstrated leadership of multisite, multicultural teams.
- 🗣️ Strong financial acumen, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
