Global eCommerce Lead

Drive digital sales strategies and commercial execution across eCommerce platforms, leveraging data and technology to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves partnering with divisions and sales units to co-create local and global e-commerce strategies. You will design and operate the tools and teams needed to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Partner with divisions and sales units to define and execute eCommerce strategies.
• 📈 Own commercial execution across assigned eCommerce platforms.
• 📊 Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve platform effectiveness.
• 🚀 Drive continuous improvement of customer and user experience.
• 🎯 Support sales performance growth through KPI-driven solutions.
• 📄 Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• 💡 Develop business cases and fact-based recommendations for new initiatives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
• 💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital solutions.
• 🛠️ Proven experience in project management, business/system analysis, and requirements gathering.
• 💻 Hands-on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms; Adobe Commerce experience preferred.
• 🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• 📚 Solid understanding of application development lifecycles.
• 🌍 Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe certification is an advantage.
• 🗣️ Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• ✈️ Willingness to travel up to 25–30%.
