🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on launching and managing Meta Ads campaigns to drive leads and calls across various verticals. You will own campaign performance metrics, optimize for margin, and work closely with the creative team to iterate on ad content.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to drive leads and calls.
• 🎯 Build and test audiences (interest/behavior targeting, lookalikes) for profitable scaling.
• 📊 Own campaign metrics like CPL, CPA, CPM, and ROAS, optimizing for margin.
• ✍️ Work with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives and copy.
• 🧪 Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and placements.
• 🔗 Set up and troubleshoot tracking via Meta Pixel, CAPI, and Events Manager.
• 📈 Report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📚 Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads (course, certification, or project).
• 📊 Comfortable with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS).
• 🛠️ Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager, and Business Manager.
• 📈 Genuine interest in performance/affiliate marketing.
• 🧠 Sharp with numbers, comfortable being wrong and adjusting fast.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication.
