🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔎 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• 📄 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• 🤝 Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• 🌟 Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• 💼 Support offer rollout and candidate follow-ups.
• 🤝 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• 🔄 Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment trackers.
• 📊 Update recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
• 📝 Assist with pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification) – Completed.
• 📅 Available for a full-time, 6-month internship.
• 🚀 Must be an immediate joiner (available within 1–2 days).
• 🏢 Willing to work 5 days a week from the office.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 👍 Confident in delivering presentations and interacting with stakeholders.
• 🗂️ Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 🔗 Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and LinkedIn sourcing is an added advantage.
