Join a growing organization and assess project requirements, analyze data, and produce accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
๐ฏ About the Role
This role involves reviewing project documentation to understand scope and requirements, calculating quantities of building products, and analyzing product prices from various manufacturers. You will contribute to Bills of Quantity (BOQs) for proposals.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ Review project plans, specifications, and documentation.
- ๐ข Calculate and estimate quantities of building products (quantity take-off).
- ๐ท๏ธ Analyze different products and their prices from manufacturers.
- ๐ Prepare (contribute to) BOQs (Bill of Quantity) for proposals.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ Diploma/ITI.
- ๐๏ธ Understanding of Construction Drawings and specifications.
- ๐ป Knowledge of MS Office.
- ๐ Knowledge of AutoCAD/PlanSwift/Bluebeam software is a plus.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Good communication skills.
- ๐ Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- ๐ Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
