🎯 About the Role
This role involves assessing project requirements, analyzing construction-related product data, and producing accurate cost estimates. You will review project plans, calculate quantities of building products, and analyze prices from various manufacturers.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📝 Review project plans, specifications, and documentation.
- 📊 Calculate and estimate quantities of building products (quantity take-off).
- 📈 Analyze product prices from different manufacturers.
- 📄 Contribute to Bills of Quantity (BOQs) for proposals.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Diploma/ITI qualification.
- 🏗️ Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- 💻 Knowledge of MS Office.
- 📐 Knowledge of AutoCAD/PlanSwift/Bluebeam software is a plus.
- 🗣️ Good communication skills.
- 🔢 Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- 🎯 Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
💰 Stipend: 10000pm – 15000pm
