People Strategy Intern – Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

Drive a strategic talent initiative by uncovering and articulating what makes Amagi unique, directly influencing how the company attracts, develops, and retains its global workforce.

🎯 About the Role

Partner closely with the Internal Communications team on a high-impact strategic initiative focused on defining Amagi's Employee Value Proposition (EVP). You will engage directly with employees and leaders to gather insights that will shape the future talent story of the organization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗣️ Conduct structured interviews and facilitate focus groups with employees.
• 🤝 Build rapport and create an environment for authentic conversations.
• 📊 Capture qualitative insights through structured notes and documentation.
• 💡 Analyze data to identify recurring themes, patterns, and employee sentiments.
• 📝 Structure findings into executive-ready presentations.
• 🗓️ Coordinate interview schedules and track project milestones.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (HR), Master’s in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Communications, or related field.
• 🤔 Curious about organizational culture, employee experience, and employer branding.
• 📞 Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and employees across levels.
• 👂 Excellent listener with strong interviewing and facilitation skills.
• 🧠 Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize qualitative data into clear themes.
• 💻 Exceptional at PowerPoint storytelling and presenting insights visually.
• 🗂️ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• 🛠️ Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
