You will be instrumental in managing and strengthening the brand across all customer touchpoints. This includes building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication within the business.

• ✨ Manage and strengthen the brand across all customer touchpoints.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• 🗓️ Schedule and manage appointments for consultations and showroom visits.
• ✉️ Oversee day-to-day brand communications and ensure a premium customer experience.
• 📈 Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and promotions.
• 📝 Maintain accurate client databases, CRM records, and account documentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💼 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Client Servicing, or Luxury Retail.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 📋 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• 🌟 Experience handling HNI or luxury clientele (an added advantage).
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• ⏰ Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
