This is a hands-on operational HR internship offering exposure to the full spectrum of HR, with a strong focus on recruitment. You will work directly under the HR Head and own tasks, manage candidates, and see the direct impact of your work.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔎 Recruitment & Hiring: Source candidates, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage hiring trackers.
- 📝 HR Operations: Support onboarding, data entry, HRMS updates, and draft HR communications.
- 📊 HR Projects & Research: Assist with research on HR best practices and talent market insights.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 MBA / PGDM with HR specialisation (final year or recently graduated preferred).
- 💬 Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- 💻 Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
