- 🔍 Candidate Sourcing from various platforms.
- ✅ Profile Screening against client requirements.
- 📞 Conducting preliminary Telephonic Vetting.
- 📊 Maintaining and updating daily recruitment trackers.
- 🗓️ Organizing and scheduling interviews.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 🇬🇧 Strong spoken/written English.
- ⭐ Foundational talent acquisition awareness.
- 💻 Working proficiency in LinkedIn and Google Sheets.
- ⏰ 100% availability for fixed 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shifts, Monday to Saturday.
