Talent Acquisition Intern (Freshers & Career Restart)

Embark on an intensive 2-month trainee evaluation program to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with potential for a permanent offer.

This role is designed for freshers, HR graduates, or individuals returning from a career break to launch a career in recruitment. You will receive senior mentorship and master real-world sourcing techniques.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Candidate Sourcing: Identify talent profiles from various databases and networks.
• ✅ Profile Screening: Review applications against client requirements.
• ✅ Telephonic Vetting: Conduct initial phone interviews.
• ✅ Data Tracking: Maintain recruitment trackers in Google Sheets.
• ✅ Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and evaluators.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✅ Experience: Strictly 0 years (Freshers / Career Restart / HR Graduates Only).
• ✅ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• ✅ Core Skills: Strong spoken/written English, foundational talent acquisition awareness, phone screening ability, and high self-discipline.
• ✅ Software/Tools: Working proficiency in LinkedIn and Google Sheets.
• ✅ Schedule: 100% availability for fixed 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shifts, Monday to Saturday.
• ✅ Logistics: Must own a working laptop, high-speed internet with power backup.
