Chief of Staff to the CEO

🎯 About the Role

The Chief of Staff owns the system that ensures the smooth operation of Product Business Units and the CEO's office. This role focuses on managing the operating rhythm, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring follow-through on agreed actions, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗓️ Own the monthly portfolio review process end-to-end.

• 📊 Baseline and maintain scorecards for each PBU on key outcome measures.

• 🔗 Maintain a register of customer commitments, roadmap items, and cross-PBU dependencies.

• ❓ Triage and frame requests needing CEO decision, ensuring timely resolution.

• ✅ Own the action tracker across all leadership forums, ensuring closure with evidence.

• 🚀 Track PBU go-lives and strategic reviews to ensure transformation completion.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 MBA from an IIM or a top-ranked business school globally.

• 💼 8-12 years of experience, including top-tier management consulting and a software/SaaS/tech product company.

• 🏆 Proven track record of completing cross-functional programs and preparing board-level material.

• ✍️ Ability to write clearly and briefly, handle numbers, and run meetings ending in decisions.

• 🤖 Comfortable with AI tools in daily work.
