🎯 About the Role
This onsite internship offers a passionate fresher UI/UX Designer the opportunity to work closely with product and design teams. You will gain hands-on experience designing for web and mobile, creating wireframes and high-fidelity interactive mockups.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📝 Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user flows and wireframes
- 📝 Design stunning, high-fidelity user interfaces and interactive prototypes exclusively in Figma
- 📝 Assist in maintaining and expanding our digital design system and component libraries
- 📝 Participate in basic user research, feedback loops, and usability testing to iterate on designs
- 📝 Ensure a consistent visual identity across our entire e-commerce ecosystem
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✔️ Figma Mastery: Strong hands-on proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, and prototyping)
- ✔️ Visual Design Skills: A keen eye for clean aesthetics, modern typography, grid layouts, and color theory
- ✔️ User-Centric Mindset: Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and mobile-first design (especially for e-commerce)
- ✔️ Detail-Oriented: Ability to create clean, organized design files that are developer-ready
- ✔️ Communication: Strong collaboration skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- ✔️ Portfolio Required: Showcase concept projects, daily UI challenges, or case studies
