Member Services and Events Coordinator

Support the daily operations of a Chamber of Commerce, focusing on member engagement, event execution, and administrative tasks.

🎯 About the Role

This role ensures a high-quality experience for members by assisting with logistics and operational tasks. You will be involved in in-person member engagement, membership growth, and event support.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Assist with event setup, check-in, and breakdown.
• 📞 Conduct member drop-ins and deliver welcome materials.
• 📊 Maintain, audit, and update member records in CRM.
• 📦 Coordinate materials for Chamber programs and initiatives.
• 📸 Capture photos/videos at events for marketing use.
