🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Create and manage Salesforce Objects, Fields, Queues, Lists, Reports, and Dashboards.
• 🧹 Maintain data cleanliness and enforce master data management policies.
• 📝 Document system requirements, processes, and standards.
• 🐞 Conduct testing and address user issues.
• 🗣️ Communicate with users and answer questions as needed.
