B2B Sales and Business Development Executive

🎯 About the Role

This role focuses on generating new B2B sales through direct outreach and client engagement. You will be responsible for introducing innovative aroma solutions to various businesses and ensuring client satisfaction through service and support.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Generate new B2B business through field visits, referrals, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
• 🏢 Meet with potential clients including architects, hotel owners, corporate offices, and retailers.
• 👃 Conduct fragrance demonstrations and product presentations.
• ⚙️ Install and service aroma diffuser machines at client locations.
• 🤝 Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• 📧 Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• 🔄 Coordinate with production and R&D for timely deliveries.
• 📝 Maintain CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
• 👔 Represent the company professionally during client meetings and exhibitions.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• 💼 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, service engineering, or business development.
• 💡 Freshers with exceptional communication and learning ability may also apply.
