🎯 About the Role
This role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals for wellness LMS offerings targeting the education sector. You will be instrumental in expanding the company's footprint in the Eastern region of India, reporting directly to the CEO.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎯 Identify, prospect, and onboard schools and colleges across Eastern India.
- 📈 Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
- 🤝 Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- 🗺️ Map the Eastern region education ecosystem and identify growth opportunities.
- 🎤 Conduct presentations, workshops, and demo sessions.
- 📊 Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⭐ 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in L&D/EdTech.
- 🏆 Proven track record of selling to schools and colleges.
- 🗣️ Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- 🧑💼 Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 🚗 Own vehicle mandatory for field visits.
