๐ฏ About the Role
As a Pune Dealer Sales, Onboarding & Support Intern, you will be the face of our company to used-car dealers in Pune. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing excellent post-sales support, contributing directly to our expansion in the region.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ Identify and visit used-car dealers in Pune.
- ๐ Present and demonstrate AutoDealer OS.
- ๐ฐ Explain the โน10,000 + GST annual plan.
- โ Follow up and convert interested dealers into paid customers.
- ๐ Create and completely set up dealer accounts.
- ๐ Help dealers upload their initial vehicle inventory.
- ๐งโ๐ซ Train dealers and their staff to use the application.
- ๐ค Provide onboarding and after-sales support.
- ๐ก Observe and report dealer needs, pain points and product opportunities.
- ๐ Maintain regular online reporting and communication with the Founder.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ Candidates based in Pune.
- ๐ค Comfortable with field visits and dealer interactions.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Good Marathi and Hindi communication skills.
- ๐ฑ Basic knowledge of smartphones, web applications, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- ๐ Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- ๐๏ธ Own two-wheeler preferred.
- ๐ Students or freshers interested in Sales, SaaS, Customer Success, Product Management or the automobile industry.
๐ฐ Stipend: โน8,000 per month + Additional Incentives
