🎯 About the Role

Basket Hunt Private Limited, initially an e-commerce platform, has expanded significantly and now runs an Academy. As an HR Intern, you will assist the CEO with recruiting, conduct interviews, and play a key role in maintaining a healthy workplace environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Profiles shortlisting, assisting in hiring, screening, and onboarding.
• 🗣️ Conduct interviews and find the best fit for the company.
• 📊 Take feedback meetings for the process and maintain a healthy environment.
• 📋 Update day-to-day information about employees who are violating the company’s policy.
• 🤝 Work closely with and assist the CEO with recruiting and other HR operations.
• 🎉 Handle employee engagement and provide administrative support.
• 🗓️ Coordinate with Office Activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Good communication skills – both oral and written.
• 🧠 Human Resources domain knowledge.
• ⏰ Time Management skills and attention to detail.
• 🤝 Excellent negotiation skills.
• 🎓 Pursuing Degree or Graduated in Human Resources or relevant field; pursuing an MBA is a big plus.
