Join an art collective that creates streetwear for free thinkers and creatives. This role involves end-to-end product design, vendor management, and quality control throughout the production process.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎨 Design streetwear products.
- 🤝 Find and finalize vendors for the brand.
- 🏭 Visit factories to oversee sampling and production.
- 👕 Manage fabric selection, printing styles, and stitching quality.
- 📸 Assist with shoots and model sourcing when needed.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🧵 Deep knowledge of fabrics, printing techniques, and stitching styles.
- 🏭 Comfortable working in factory environments.
- 🛹 Understanding of streetwear culture.
- 🗣️ Strong ability to vet vendors and ensure quality.
- 💪 Ability to communicate effectively and manage factory relationships.
💰 Stipend: Rs 10,000/month
