🎯 About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience working on real client projects within a tech-powered creative agency. You will support the development and maintenance of Shopify websites, assisting with theme customization, feature implementation, and website optimization.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing Shopify websites and e-commerce experiences
- 🎨 Support the implementation of responsive websites aligned with brand guidelines
- 🛠️ Help customize Shopify themes, templates, and CMS structures
- 🚀 Assist in building and testing new website features and functionality
- ✨ Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, responsive web pages
- 🔧 Help improve website performance, page load speed, and cross-browser/device compatibility
- 🐞 Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, fixing bugs, and supporting ongoing website maintenance
- 📚 Research emerging web technologies, Shopify features, AI tools, and development best practices
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Web Development, or a related field
- 💡 Basic understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)
- 🌐 Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- 🔧 Experience with React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks is a plus
- 🔧 Familiarity with Git and version control
- 🛒 Interest in Shopify development and e-commerce technologies
- 🔗 Basic understanding of APIs, server-side concepts, and web integrations is a plus
- 📚 Strong desire to learn and continuously improve technical skills
- 🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 🧐 Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
- 🤝 Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
