HR Intern

Contribute to building the infrastructure for battery recycling by taking ownership of the entire hiring lifecycle and people operations in a fast-paced startup.

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in building HR processes from the ground up in a deep-tech startup. You will work closely with founders, owning recruitment, candidate sourcing, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💼 Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles.
• 🔍 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, colleges, referrals, and other channels.
• 🗣️ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• 📅 Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• 📈 Build and maintain hiring pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• 📄 Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• 👥 Manage employee onboarding and joining processes.
• 🏫 Build relationships with colleges and student communities.
• 📢 Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• ✍️ Create and improve Job Descriptions and hiring posts.
• 🤝 Support employee engagement and internal communication.
• 🛠️ Build simple HR systems, processes, and documentation.
• 🤖 Use AI tools to improve HR productivity.
• 🚀 Work directly with founders on people-related projects.
