Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

Build new businesses and revenue opportunities from the ground up in the critical minerals and battery recycling sector, working directly with founders to drive innovation and execution.

🎯 About the Role

This role is for individuals who want to build, not manage, and are driven to create new ventures. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, validating them, building partnerships, executing strategies, and generating revenue in a fast-paced environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💡 Identify and build new revenue streams and business models.
• 🌐 Find new markets across critical minerals, battery recycling, and industrial materials.
• 🤝 Build B2B partnerships with enterprises, OEMs, and strategic buyers.
• 🌍 Develop international business and long-term strategic partnerships.
• 📈 Own the complete Go-To-Market process from research to revenue.
• 💼 Build and manage high-value client relationships.
• 🧠 Use AI, data, and research for rapid execution.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🚀 Think like an entrepreneur and take extreme ownership.
• 🧠 Learn extremely fast and be comfortable with ambiguity.
• 🤝 Ability to build relationships and close partnerships.
• 💰 Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• 💡 Experience in B2B partnerships, business development, startups, or relevant industries is a strong plus.

💰 Stipend: Intern / EIR Intern: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month
