🎯 About the Role

Join Bohler’s Tampa, FL office as a Civil Engineering Intern supporting the Construction Administration team. You will gain firsthand experience with the construction phase of land development projects, observing how design teams and contractors collaborate in the field. This role is ideal for developing practical skills in project documentation, site observations, and addressing construction-related issues.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✉️ Assist with RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and project correspondence.
• 🚶 Participate in site visits and document observations.
• 🏗️ Support pre-construction activities, punch lists, and permit coordination.
• 🗂️ Help maintain project logs, trackers, and documentation.
• 🤝 Support coordination between contractors, Construction Administration, and design teams.
• ❓ Assist project teams in addressing construction-related questions and issues.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational skills.
• 🚀 Initiative and ability to coordinate effectively with project teams.
