Join Bohler's Melville, NY office as a Permitting Intern and work alongside professionals to support active applications. You will learn the stages of the permitting process, from application submission to agency review and approval. This internship provides a great opportunity to develop essential skills in research, organization, and project coordination within the land development sector.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔄 Learn the stages of the permitting process and application progression.
• 🗂️ Assist with organizing permit applications, fee information, and supporting documents.
• 🔍 Help track application status, deadlines, and agency comments.
• 🗺️ Research jurisdictional filing requirements with team guidance.
• 📥 Gather information from project team members to support active applications.
• 📂 Help maintain organized agency information and project records.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 High School Diploma or GED required; enrollment in an associate, bachelor's, or master's program preferred.
• 🏗️ Interest in permitting, land development, construction, planning, or project coordination.
• 🖥️ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 🗣️ Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• 🧠 Organization, attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
