Traffic/Transportation Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship offers an introduction to developing traffic impact studies, designing roadway plans, and conducting safety and transportation planning. You will work under direct supervision and participate in program learning opportunities.

• 🚗 Assist with site grading, CAD design, and stormwater management design.
• 📊 Support traffic analysis and utility design tasks.
• 🗺️ Participate in field inspections and construction administration.
• 💡 Be eager to learn and seek out resources for knowledge.
• 🤝 Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 High School Diploma or GED required.
• 📚 Currently enrolled in community college, college degree program, or continuing education.
• 🚗 Focus on civil engineering or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• 🔞 Must be at least 18 years old.
• 🗣️ Demonstrate effective communication skills.
