🎯 About the Role
Bridge Counsels is looking for a tech-savvy Strategy & Operations Intern to support daily operations and communications. This hands-on role is ideal for organized, digitally fluent individuals interested in the legal tech and AI governance space.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📱 Support LinkedIn and social content drafting, scheduling, and tracking
- ✍️ Assist with editorial work on the AI Governance Bulletin and written series
- 🎨 Build simple, on-brand carousels and graphics (Canva)
- 🤝 Help coordinate the founders’ roundtable, the Bridge Circle
- 🗂️ Manage the CRM in HubSpot, keeping records, lists, and pipelines clean
- 🔧 Run the content and operations workspace in Notion (calendars, trackers, briefs, research hubs)
- 🤖 Get hands-on with the firm’s tech stack and AI tools
- 🔍 Run light research to support content and operations
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Student or recent graduate in communications, management, media, law, or related field
- ✍️ Strong writing skills and a good eye for detail and brand voice
- 💻 Genuinely tech-savvy, quick to pick up new tools, comfortable with AI-assisted workflows
- 🛠️ Hands-on comfort with HubSpot, Notion, LinkedIn, and Canva (or quick to learn)
- ⚖️ Comfortable working in a professional legal environment with sound judgment around confidentiality
- 💡 Genuine interest in the legal / tech / AI space
- ✅ Reliable, organized, and discreet
📍 Location: Onsite based in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
