Support the HR team in implementing policies and assisting with recruitment, administration, and compliance at a university.

This role focuses on key HR areas including recruitment, administration, associate relations, compliance, and training. The internship is designed to provide practical experience in applying learned skills in a professional setting.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📋 Assist in auditing HR operations and posting requisitions.
• 📜 Become familiar with payroll policies and maintain personnel files.
• ✅ Be involved in the onboarding process and track training completion.
• 👥 Participate in the Safety Committee and assist with investigations.
• 📈 Assist with appraisal monitoring and drive training initiatives.
• 📬 Ensure all required postings are up-to-date.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• 🤝 Customer service experience/knowledge.
• 📱 Knowledge of social media platforms.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Enjoy building relationships and articulate.
• 💻 Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• ⚖️ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

💰 Compensation: $17.75 per hour
