🎯 About the Role

As the Marketing Intern for UW Green Bay Dining, you will support the Marketing Manager in bringing the dining program to life through creative campaigns, campus events, and digital communications. You'll gain practical experience in planning, promotion, content creation, and event support within a higher education setting.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✨ Create engaging social media content, including short-form video, photography, and graphics.
• 📸 Capture photos and videos of dining services, events, and campus life.
• 🎉 Assist with planning and executing dining events, promotions, and giveaways.
• 🎨 Design promotional materials such as flyers, digital signage, and posters.
• 🌐 Maintain and update the Dine On Campus website.
• 📣 Promote meal plans, Phlash Cash, and retail dining locations.
• 📊 Conduct marketing audits to ensure brand consistency.
• 🤝 Represent UW Green Bay Dining at campus events and build relationships with student organizations.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 📱 Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
• 🎨 Experience with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• 📸 Photography and/or videography experience preferred.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• 🤝 Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• 😊 Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 🎓 Current UW-Green Bay student preferred.

💰 Compensation: $15.00 per hour
