🎯 About the Role
This 10-week summer program provides comprehensive training and real-world exposure to the commercial banking sector. You will work directly with Relationship Managers, supporting clients and interfacing with various teams across the firm.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Conduct company research and industry analysis.
- 📊 Analyze financial data and perform financial modeling.
- 🤝 Support the commercial lending process, including loan structuring.
- 📈 Take ownership of the client experience, identifying and leveraging Citi's solutions.
- 💼 Play a role in deal management and client presentation preparation.
- 🧑🤝🧑 Interact with partners across product, credit risk, and technology teams.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🌟 Be a dynamic individual passionate about achieving goals.
- 💡 Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 📚 Majoring in Finance or Accounting, or have related financial services experience.
- 🎓 On track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in winter 2027 or spring 2028.
- 📈 Preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
- 💻 Proficient in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 🇺🇸 Will not require sponsorship for U.S. Work Authorization.
