🎯 About the Role

This role involves performing a variety of Billing/E-Billing activities and supporting administrative tasks to assist the team in providing a superior client experience. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, handling complex client requests, and maintaining best practices in billing operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Ensure all documentation is effectively handled and checked for correctness.
• ✉️ Handle internal complex client requests and manual input tasks.
• 📊 Provide timely report/data requests regarding Billing/E-Billing and Reconciliation.
• ✅ Automate reconciliations to ensure no revenue leakages.
• ⭐ Achieve client satisfaction by timely invoice preparation and query resolution.
• 📈 Maintain best practices and support business initiatives to improve service quality.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ 3-6 years of experience in Billing domain.
• 📈 Thorough knowledge of Order to Cash cycle.
• 🎓 B. Com Graduate (preferred) with min 50% marks.
• 💻 Basic Excel knowledge.
• 🤝 Strong client orientation.
• 💡 Analytical Skills & attention to detail.
• ⏱️ Time Management & ability to work well under pressure.
