🎯 About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Back-End Developer (MERN Stack) Intern to join our tech team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to build scalable back-end systems and gain hands-on experience in server-side development. You will work on real-world projects, develop RESTful APIs, and optimize server performance using the MERN stack.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚡ Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
- 💡 Design and implement RESTful APIs.
- 🗄️ Work with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
- 🚀 Optimize database queries and ensure data security.
- 🔐 Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- 🔗 Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- 🐛 Debug and troubleshoot server-side issues.
- 📚 Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- 👥 Work with Git/GitHub for version control.
- 📈 Stay updated with the latest MERN stack technologies.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🧠 Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- ⚙️ Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- 🌐 Familiarity with API development, CRUD operations, and middleware.
- 💾 Basic understanding of database design in MongoDB.
- 🔒 Experience with JWT authentication, session management, or OAuth is a plus.
- ☁️ Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or Firebase is an added advantage.
