Support a growing renewable energy company in its marketing and business development efforts, gaining practical industry experience.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves generating leads through various channels, conducting field visits, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in client interaction and CRM management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and online channels
• 🚶 Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers
• 🤝 Schedule client meetings and support the Business Development team
• 🗂️ Maintain leads and follow-ups using Excel/CRM
• 🎨 Assist with social media, Canva creatives, and digital marketing

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 MBA, BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Management, or related candidates
• 🌟 Freshers are welcome
• 🗣️ Good communication skills in English & Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
• 🚌 Comfortable with outbound calling and field visits
• 🚀 Self-motivated with an interest in Marketing & Business Development
