Area Manager : Marketing on Site

Dettroin, a technology company specializing in School ERP solutions, seeks a results-driven Area Manager to expand its presence in key regions. This role focuses on driving brand visibility, generating leads, and building relationships with educational institutions.

🎯 About the Role

This position is crucial for expanding Dettroin's market share in the EdTech sector. You will be responsible for driving sales, generating qualified leads, and establishing strong relationships with school decision-makers across designated regions, contributing significantly to revenue targets.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Drive sales and client acquisition in your assigned region.
• 💡 Pitch, demo, and sell school tech solutions to principals and directors.
• 🎯 Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• 🏫 Conduct school visits and attend educational events.
• 🤝 Build long-term client relationships for upselling and referrals.
• 📊 Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM hygiene.
• 👥 Share competitor insights and market feedback with management.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💼 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in EdTech, preferably school ERP/CRM.
• 🗣️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• ✈️ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• ⭐ Self-starter with high ownership and discipline.
• 🚗 Two/Four-wheeler with a valid license (mandatory for field travel).
• 💬 Fluent in English and preferably local language.

💰 Stipend: ₹20,000.00 per month
